The Allstar Startex is an 800NW FIE certified Jacket. This version of the Startex was designed prior version and is a little thicker and heavier than the most current version . Made in Germany. The sale is final and the jacket cannot be returned or exchanged. This is final sale , and we cannot accept exchange or return. There may be some small cosmetic defects like small spots, and we are more than happy to provide pictures before you place the orders.
