Product Warranty

Mask (BG, SG) -- All BG or SG masks are warranted against quality problems arising from normal wear and tear for 6 months from the date of purchase. We will either fix or replace a new mask during the warranted period. A generous discount will be offered for a new mask of the same type if the original purchase experiences a quality problem after 6 months but before one year. Mask meshes are warranted for 12 months against 12 kg punch test. SG stainless steel masks are also warranted 12 months against corrosion related failure on the bib. 

Lames -- Edge Stainless Steel Lames are warranted 12 months against corrosion related failure from the date of purchase. We will either fix or replace a new one during the warranted period.  This warranty also extends to the bib on SG Stainless Steel masks and the cuff on SG Stainless Steel glove.

Blades -- Due to the nature of the sport, most companies do NOT offer any warranty against blade breakage. We offer free replacement of the same blade (foil or epee blade ONLY, saber blades are excluded from warranty) if it breaks within 2 weeks from the date of the receipt except for Vniti blades.  However,  replacement blade does NOT include points and wires or shipping fees if any. If any foil or epee blades snap within the warranty period, and the customer would like pre-wired blade replacement, the cost of points/wires/shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customers'.

Shoes (MVP) -- We will either repair or exchange free of charge if a quality problem arises within 2 months from the date of purchase.

Roll bags -- We are NOT responsible for damages caused by airlines. Please contact your airline company to claim your damages.
