We ship via USPS and UPS within the USA and Canada; however, we ship only via UPS if you want delivery guaranteed for a Maximum of six (6) business days to anywhere within the U.S. If you prefer USPS, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. Most parts of the Northeast are GUARANTEED within two (2) business days. See note below for shipping to Canada. A delivery timetable map from our location is displayed at the bottom of this page. You can also track your package in real time. We do NOT ship to PO boxes. For items that are in stock, the orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. For items that are out of stock, we will call you to place the items on back order or remove them from the list.
Delays for orders that needs verification: To avoid delays if your billing phone number is different from your cell phone number, we strongly recommend that you enter the phone number that matches your credit card as your billing phone number and enter your cell phone number for the shipping number. It is NOW our policy to verify ALL ORDERS that has different billing and shipping addresses!
Ground shipping: Fees will be estimated before checking out. The ground shipping applies ONLY to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. NO ground service is available for Hawaii or Alaska. Please pick one of the express shipping options for those destinations.
Shipping orders to Canada: Canadian customers can choose to ship via the Post Office or UPS ground services. UPS is more reliable and less expensive upfront, but they will collect a brokerage fee IN ADDITION to a tariff on behalf of the Canadian government. The final cost from UPS could be higher than the Post Office. The tariff from the Canadian government is accessed ONLY for goods NOT made in the USA as part of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
Blue Gauntlet reserves the right to charge extra shipping fees for express shipping or shipping to locations outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Express shipping: Shipping fees for 3-day, 2-day, and next day shipping fees may NOT be accurately reflected on this site at all times due to various shapes of our products. You MUST call us to confirm the shipping charges before your order is processed. We also highly recommend that you leave your cell phone number for your shipping phone number to avoid any delays in your express orders.
Our system will automatically send the UPS tracking number to your e-mail address AT THE END of the day when that order is shipped. If you do not receive the tracking number or any communication from us within two business days after you place your order, please contact us to confirm that we received your order. Please check both your inbox and your spam folder for the tracking number! You can also find your tracking number by logging into your account.
We highly recommend that you create an account when you check out. It not only offers you a more convenient web experience related to exchanges, returns, and tracking information, but it also makes you eligible for some MEMBERS ONLY promotions or specials (you can opt out if you do not want to receive any promotions or newsletters)!
