Exchange/Return

Conditions:

Items that have never been used or damaged may be exchanged or returned for credit (back to your credit card) within 30 days after the items are shipped. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE after 30 days. An RMA (return merchandize authorization) number MUST be obtained for ALL exchanges/returns. We will examine the returned product before issuing a credit or processing an exchange.  

To exchange or return an item:

1.   Log in to your account and open the order that contains the items to be returned.

2.   Select the item and request an RMA number.

3.    You will receive an e-mail to confirm you can return the item. Please make sure you receive this confirmation e-mail before returning items to avoid errors.

4.    Follow the instructions in the email to return the item. Make sure you write "RMA# xxxx" on the OUTSIDE of the box when you return the item. We recommend that you use any service that has tracking so that you can be sure we received the returned merchandise.

5.   We will process the exchange or return. 

Please note: Based on your location and merchandise, we may offer a onetime free shipment to you for the exchange. You will be responsible for shipping back to us UNLESS it was a shipping error from us.
